Court convenes every other Tuesday evening at 6:00 PM
Methods of Payment
We accept cash in the exact amount of the fine, personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Village of South Charleston Mayor’s Court.

may be paid in person, deposited in the drop slot marked
“Mail” at the front door of Town Hall, or sent to
Mayor’s Court, P.O. Box X, South Charleston, Ohio

Please Note:
All first offense cases involving operating a
motor vehicle under the
influence (OVI), driving under suspension (DUS), the Financial
Responsibility Act (FRA), and DUS-FRA under administrative license
suspension (ALS) must be heard within five days. In these
cases, hearings will be scheduled for the first Tuesday after the
citation is written. Magistrate Hume will hold arraignments
on Tuesday afternoons at 4:30 PM on the “non-court”
weeks if necessary.
